    Good old rules v2:
    Sunny -> Bright light! Bright light! *puff*
    Slightly Overcast -> Ahhgh, light! Take it away!
    Overcast -> What's that tingling feeling in my face and why it smells like burning skin around here?
    Heavy Overcast -> Ahh, time for some action!
